Which agency handles your application
RAII has no central application. You apply to the regional development agency responsible for the province or territory where the project happens. Each link below goes to that agency's own RAII page, which has the current intake dates, eligibility and forms.

Which Ontario agency?
Ontario is split. FedNor covers Northern Ontario, which broadly means the districts of Algoma, Cochrane, Kenora, Manitoulin, Muskoka, Nipissing, Parry Sound, Rainy River, Sudbury, Thunder Bay and Timiskaming, plus Haliburton and Renfrew counties. Everything else in Ontario, including the Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa, London, Kitchener-Waterloo, Hamilton, Niagara, Windsor and Kingston, falls under FedDev Ontario. If you are near the boundary, check the agency's own service-area page.
Projects in more than one region
Apply to the agency where the project's main activity and spending will take place. If activity is genuinely split across regions, contact the agency where your head office is located before applying; they will tell you how to proceed.
Intake windows are not synchronized. One agency can be open while another is closed. Check the deadlines page, and get an email when a window opens in your region.
