RAII.ca is a privately operated information site. This notice explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

When you use the updates form we collect the details you enter: name, email, company, phone if given, region, area of interest and any message. We also record the date, the page the form was on and a technical reference for the submission.

Why we collect it

• To send you the updates you asked for about RAII intake dates and related program news.
• To reply to a question you asked.
• To understand which regions and streams people are interested in, in aggregate.

Consent and withdrawal

We send email only when you tick the consent box, in line with Canada's anti-spam legislation. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to delete your details at any time by replying to any message from us.

Where it is stored

Your details are stored in our customer relationship and email systems, which are operated by third-party service providers under contract. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with any government agency.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no tracking cookies of its own. If analytics are added, this notice will be updated.
